Hospitals must post their prices, but many files list percentages and formulas instead of dollars. Each file here is read and scored: dollar prices count, the rest is flagged.

Download a hospital's standard charges file (the link is in the footer of its website or in its cms-hts.txt file) and run npm run import:prices -- file.csv. The score weighs dollar amounts over percentages (60), cash prices (20) and a file updated in the last year (20).
